These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Honey Temple, including our website, applications, video and audio content, digital membership, community features, written resources, and other related services.
Honey Temple is operated by Kaimana Pro LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Honey Temple," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using Honey Temple, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
Honey Temple is a digital membership and educational platform offering content and practices related to feminine movement, feminine energy, embodiment, dance, fitness, somatic awareness, meditation, mindfulness, sensuality, Tantra-inspired practices, rituals, personal development, and related areas.
The Services may include, without limitation:
video and audio classes
movement flows and dance tutorials
workouts and physical practices
somatic and embodiment practices
guided meditations and inner journeys
breathwork and relaxation practices
rituals and Tantra-inspired practices
educational teachings
written resources and downloadable materials
community features
mobile, desktop, television, and web applications
livestreams, workshops, programs, and other digital offerings
The content, features, instructors, practices, categories, and availability of particular materials may change from time to time.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a subscription, or access Honey Temple.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws applicable in your country, state, province, or other jurisdiction.
We make no representation that every aspect of the Services is appropriate or legally available in every jurisdiction.
Certain parts of Honey Temple require you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update that information when necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and other login credentials and for all activity occurring through your account.
You may not share your login credentials or permit another person to regularly access Honey Temple through your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify us promptly.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that account sharing, unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or other violations of these Terms have occurred.
Honey Temple may offer access through monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, free trials, promotional offers, founder offers, one-time purchases, or other payment arrangements.
The applicable price, billing period, trial period, and other material terms will be displayed at the time of purchase.
When you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize us or the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account for the subscription fees and applicable taxes.
Subscription content and features may evolve over time. Membership does not guarantee permanent availability of any particular class, practice, instructor, category, feature, or piece of content.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
Monthly subscriptions renew approximately once per month.
Annual subscriptions renew approximately once per year.
By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to automatically charge the then-applicable subscription amount and any required taxes to your payment method at each renewal.
You must cancel your subscription before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Your cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, you will continue to have access to your membership until the end of your current paid subscription period.
Certain memberships may include a free trial.
The duration of the trial and the subscription price that applies after the trial will be shown when you subscribe.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription and your payment method will be charged at the applicable rate.
Eligibility for free trials may be limited and we may determine that users who have previously received a free trial are not eligible for another trial.
From time to time, Honey Temple may offer special introductory, promotional, or founder pricing.
If you join Honey Temple under a specifically designated Founder Rate, that Founder Rate will remain your subscription price for as long as your applicable subscription remains continuously active, subject to applicable taxes and any requirements imposed by applicable law or third-party billing platforms.
If you cancel, allow the subscription to expire, fail to make a required payment, or otherwise discontinue your Founder Rate subscription, the Founder Rate will no longer be reserved for you.
If you later rejoin Honey Temple, you will subscribe at the membership price being offered at that time unless Honey Temple expressly offers you another promotional rate.
Founder Rates are tied to the original qualifying membership and account and may not be transferred to another individual.
Other promotional offers may have different conditions, which will be disclosed in connection with the applicable offer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account, subscription, or billing settings made available to you or through the third-party platform through which you originally subscribed.
Cancelling your membership prevents future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not immediately terminate access and you may continue using the Services until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Honey Temple, subscription fees and other payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used membership periods.
If you purchase your subscription through a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation and refund requests may need to be processed directly through that platform and may be subject to its applicable terms and policies.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Some purchases may be processed through third-party payment services or application marketplaces.
If you subscribe through Apple, Google, or another third-party service, your purchase may also be subject to that provider's terms, billing procedures, subscription management processes, refund rules, and other applicable policies.
Honey Temple does not control decisions made by third-party payment providers concerning payment authorization, refunds, payment processing, or account management.
Honey Temple grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access the Services for your own personal and non-commercial use.
Your membership is intended for one individual.
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Honey Temple, you may not:
share your login credentials with another person
allow another person to regularly use your membership
copy or redistribute Honey Temple content
screen record or otherwise record classes, practices, or other content
reproduce or republish content
upload Honey Temple content to another website, application, platform, group, or service
sell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or commercially exploit Honey Temple content
use Honey Temple materials to create a competing program, course, membership, training, or product
remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
scrape, harvest, systematically download, or extract content or data
circumvent technological measures used to restrict access to the Services
Where Honey Temple expressly enables downloads, those downloads remain subject to these Terms and are provided only for your personal use.
Honey Temple provides educational, informational, movement, fitness, wellness, meditation, somatic, personal-development, and lifestyle content.
Honey Temple is not a medical or healthcare provider, and the Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any medical, psychological, psychiatric, physical, or other health condition.
Nothing contained within Honey Temple constitutes medical advice, psychological treatment, psychotherapy, physiotherapy, nutritional advice, diagnosis, or another professional healthcare service.
Movement, exercise, stretching, dance, breathwork, somatic practices, meditation, and other physical or experiential practices can involve inherent risks.
Before participating, you are responsible for determining whether a particular practice is appropriate for you.
You should consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new physical or wellness practice if you:
are pregnant or postpartum
have an injury
have a medical condition
have recently undergone surgery
experience chronic pain
are receiving medical or psychological treatment
have been advised to restrict physical activity
have any concern about whether a particular practice is suitable for you
You are responsible for modifying or discontinuing any practice according to your own needs and circumstances.
Stop participating and seek appropriate assistance if you experience pain, faintness, dizziness, difficulty breathing, significant distress, unusual discomfort, or other concerning symptoms.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking professional care because of something you have viewed, heard, read, or experienced through Honey Temple.
You understand that participating in physical movement, exercise, dance, stretching, breathwork, somatic work, meditation, and related practices may involve risk.
By choosing to participate, you voluntarily assume the risks ordinarily associated with those activities to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You remain responsible for your physical environment, equipment, surroundings, physical limitations, and manner of participation.
You agree to use reasonable judgment and participate only to an intensity and extent that feels appropriate for your individual circumstances.
Certain Honey Temple practices may involve introspection, meditation, visualization, emotional exploration, sensual awareness, somatic awareness, personal reflection, or other experiential practices.
Individual responses to these practices vary.
You are responsible for choosing whether and to what extent you participate.
Honey Temple does not provide psychotherapy, trauma treatment, mental-health treatment, or crisis services.
If you are experiencing significant psychological distress or require mental-health support, seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.
Honey Temple is intended to provide practices, education, inspiration, and experiences that members may choose to incorporate into their lives.
Individual results and experiences vary substantially.
Honey Temple does not guarantee any particular:
physical result
fitness result
emotional result
psychological result
relationship result
sexual or sensual result
spiritual result
financial result
professional result
health outcome
personal transformation
increase in confidence, attractiveness, magnetism, abundance, or opportunity
Testimonials, member stories, instructor experiences, examples, and other descriptions of results represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises that another person will achieve the same outcome.
Honey Temple and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services and the materials made available through them.
This includes, without limitation:
video content
audio content
movement sequences
choreography
dance tutorials
workouts
guided practices
meditations
somatic practices
rituals
teaching frameworks
educational materials
written content
PDFs and workbooks
graphics and illustrations
photographs
branding
logos
designs
course and program structures
website and application materials
recordings
downloadable content
trademarks and trade names
Such materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Your membership gives you access to the content. It does not transfer ownership of the content or intellectual property to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, teach, commercially exploit, create commercial derivative works from, or otherwise use Honey Temple intellectual property except as expressly permitted by Honey Temple in writing or permitted by applicable law.
If Honey Temple offers community, commenting, messaging, discussion, or other interactive features, you are responsible for what you contribute.
You agree to interact respectfully with other members.
You may not use Honey Temple community features to:
bully, threaten, stalk, or harass another person
publish hateful, degrading, discriminatory, or abusive material
impersonate another person
post unlawful material
spam members
promote unrelated businesses or services without permission
distribute another person's confidential or private information
violate another person's intellectual-property rights
post content that otherwise violates these Terms
Community content may be visible to other Honey Temple members or participants with access to the relevant community feature.
You should not post information you consider confidential or that you would not want viewed by other members of the applicable community.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to moderate, edit, remove, restrict, or disable access to community content and to suspend or remove users who violate these Terms or our community standards.
You retain ownership of original content that you submit to Honey Temple, including comments, reviews, community posts, photographs, messages, feedback, and testimonials, to the extent you own rights in that content.
By voluntarily submitting, posting, sending, or otherwise providing such content to Honey Temple, you grant Kaimana Pro LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit for length or formatting, distribute, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, promoting, advertising, and improving Honey Temple and related Kaimana Pro LLC offerings.
This permission includes the ability to reproduce positive reviews, testimonials, comments, feedback, or community statements in Honey Temple marketing, including through screenshots or excerpts.
Where a testimonial or comment is used publicly, we may display information that you made available with the original content, such as your first name, social media handle, profile image, or other identifying information associated with the submission, subject to applicable law.
We will not intentionally materially alter the meaning of a testimonial or falsely attribute statements to you.
If particular content is provided to us under a separate agreement containing different usage terms, that agreement will control with respect to that content.
Feedback, suggestions, requests, and ideas you voluntarily provide may be considered and used by Honey Temple without an obligation to compensate you.

Where applicable law provides a right to unsubscribe from particular marketing communications, you may exercise that right using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications.
You acknowledge that certain transactional, administrative, security, billing, account, and service-related communications may be necessary for us to provide the Services and may continue even if you opt out of promotional communications.
We continually develop Honey Temple and may add, modify, replace, reorganize, or remove content, features, instructors, classes, categories, programs, community features, applications, or other aspects of the Services.
Membership does not guarantee that any particular piece of content or feature will remain available indefinitely.
We may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, updates, security, technical difficulties, circumstances outside our control, or other operational reasons.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or in every geographic region.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to some or all of the Services if we reasonably determine that you:
violated these Terms
engaged in fraudulent activity
shared an account without authorization
misused Honey Temple intellectual property
engaged in abusive or harmful conduct
failed to pay applicable fees
created legal, security, or operational risk
used the Services unlawfully
Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy a violation before termination, but we are not required to do so where immediate action is appropriate.
Upon termination, your right to access the applicable Services ends.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions, will continue to apply.
Honey Temple may contain links to, integrate with, or rely upon third-party websites, services, applications, payment processors, social platforms, or other technology providers.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, policies, or practices.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
We respect intellectual-property rights.
If you believe material available through Honey Temple infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce, contact us at:

Kaimana Pro LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR PARTICULAR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS
THE SERVICES WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT
ACCESS WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
ALL CONTENT WILL ALWAYS REMAIN AVAILABLE
THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Kaimana Pro LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, INSTRUCTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF Kaimana Pro LLC ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Kaimana Pro LLC FOR HONEY TEMPLE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kaimana Pro LLC and its owners, members, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, representatives, partners, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses arising from or relating to:
your misuse of the Services;
content you submit through the Services;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of applicable law; or
your infringement of another person's rights.
We reserve the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which event you agree to reasonably cooperate with us.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make changes, the updated Terms will be posted through the Services and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Your continued use of Honey Temple after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to these Terms do not, by themselves, remove a qualifying member's Founder Rate where Section 7 expressly provides that the Founder Rate remains in effect while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Wyoming for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.
Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections that apply to you under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to exercise or enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, transfer of the Honey Temple business, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented in connection with a particular offer or service, constitute the agreement between you and Kaimana Pro LLC concerning your use of Honey Temple.
If specific promotional or purchase terms conflict with these Terms, the specific terms disclosed in connection with that offer will control with respect to that offer.
